Computer experts please help me out please it's urgent?

1 hour ago virus Attack my pc it was 23 virus's first i scan my computer with spyware terminator it detected 23 i delete them all some of virus's was in windows files i remove it so it removes some of windows files then i restart my computer and some more virus's attack again then i delete spyware terminator and instal panda anti virus 2008 and then i update it and it removes all virus's but now when i turn of my computer it doson't shut down ) what happen is this)) windows is shuting down.... and the hard disk light flashes and nothing happens please tell me what should i do??? plz plz plz
