How do u make ur self last longer in bed I take 2 minutes mabe more if I am luky how do I go longer I need hlp?

I think alot of what heightens your arousal is in your head, if you feel yourself getting close i would say think about anything other than what your doing, you should try asking your partner to be a little quieter if thats what gets you turned on, or close your eyes so you lose at least one of your senses, then really concentrate on something boring and tedious to repeat in your head, some find multiplications work, alphabet backwards, even reciting past presidents. You could also try slow down everytime you get near, all of these are easier said than done, but not impossible with practise
