im 15 and 238 pounds i want to loose weight so bad i have tried everything i can think of, i did it for like 3days and i quiet i just cant stick to it and if i dont loose weight ill grow up so fat i cant walk please help me, everyone says just cut calories but its so hard for me i like to eat bread and stuff, but i am trying to start over and try agian but i need some advice, like atkins diet do i have to buy that or what, or tell me what i should eat for my whole day cause i have no clue PLEASE HELP ME
