How do cells at the completion of meisis compare with cells that repilcated their dna and are begin meiosis?

There will be 4 cells produced and they will have half the number of chromosomes (n = haploid) compared with the parent cell (2n = diploid). Due to crossing over at prophase 1, independent ortment of logous chromosomes at metaphase1 and independent ortment of the chromatids at metaphase 2 they will have different combinations of alleles from each other and the parent cell.
