How long should I cook this and does anyone have any good suggestions to make this dish more tasy.?

At around 3:00 pm eastern time I put chopped potatoes and pork chops in a crock pot. I am new to cooking with the crock pot. I have the temp on high. Its 5:16 pm central how much longer will this take to cook. and does any one have any good suggestions on what else I should put in this dish.
