I think i might have swine flu?

A few of my friends already had it. I got my normal flu shot about a month ago so yesterday my throat started hurting and today it was worse. Now i have a high fever of 100.5 and am really acky and can;t stop crying. So do you think this is the swine flu since ive already been vaccinated for the seasonal flu ?? should i go to the hospital if i get worse tonight?
