I have a question on law where you need to know for my project?

this is the scenario. if things that were promised to you in your hotel brochure suddenly were not available to you what could you do legally if the contract says that ,should any problems arise there is an alternative dispute resolution suggestion arbitration, mediation, or conciliation... please help?
