18th month old can't sleep ?

It will probably be an occasional thing. My 20-month old son, usually has no problems being put to sleep alone in his crib, but the only problem is he must have his bottle. I don't have the not to give it to him, but he took himself off the pacifier at 2 months old. Occasionally he wants to get in the bed with me, and I let him. But the only trick to it is that once he is sleep, I will sneak and put him back in his bed, so that I can get a good night's sleep.
