Christians, why has God been so darn quiet these past 2000 yrs or so? Rapture coming?

whoa there guy, please tell me how he has been quiet? Because there hasn't been another book added onto the Bible? The Bible itself says there shouldn't be another book. And Jesus' last words were "It's finished". You can search it up, you hear about miracles everyday. Also, if you've researched the book of revelation and biblical symbolism, you would know that God has not been quiet, but very busy.
