How was my diet so far today health wise? For breakfast I had 2 cups of raisin bran with skim milk, for lunch?

I had 2 vegetable kebabs with fat free ranch and as a snack I had a tall non-fat/no-whip mocha-coconut frappucino. Dinner is likely going to be either the last vegetable kebab or maybe hot tea with lemon. How am I doing?
