Perry Ellis 360 fragrance for women (the original one)?

Is there a fragrance similar to this one? I've heard that D&G light blue smells similar to it....is this true?? I saw it at TJMaxx's and I was going to buy it but I'm not big on buying things that do not have a tester to it. So can anyone give me any feedback on it?? Is it for the young, middled age, or old?? Does it smell good, and would you recommend buying it??!! Thanks!!
