I would love to order tuna but...?

From your pic I can tell you that that was rare yellowfin tuna not Ahi at all. Ahi tuna is crimson in color and much fattier. Many like it (including myself), however if it was bloody when put on your plate there was something very wrong. No tuna rare or completely raw should be served like that, or should look like that. If I were you I'd send it back next time!!!!
