Should i report this.....?

This obviously made you uncomfortable, so at very least I would discuss your discomfort with the teacher. If you are not comfortable approaching the teacher, I would definitely discuss the matter with a counselor or another teacher that you feel comfortable talking to. If nothing else, they can make the teacher aware that he may be overstepping a bit so that he can adjust his behavior.
