What is my Chi's coloring called?

If I can figure out how to post a picture of her here I will. She weighs 3 lbs, so I don't believe she is mixed, but I would like to know what her coloring is called as I'm a new owner to this breed, and would love to know all that I can about her. I would love to find a small male, she's already gone into her first season. She's just so tiny, and her mother was six pounds. Her coat is also not long, but kind of feathered along the neck, below the ears and her leg joints and her haunches. Could that mean if she had pups that one of them could have long hair if she has the gene? Thanks for your time in advance. Oh and i almost forgot, my little dog is my avatar, and she's gotten alot darker on her back, but her face is still the same. Black muzzle and chestnut brown and black eye liner and ears. She's a cutie..but i don't know what i have! lol
